Unless you do a large amount of things like video editing or 3D rendering, consider getting an i5 instead.

Yeah, I think you'd be better off with an i5.

Sig under construction.

Even so, You'd probably be better off with an i5 4670K.

The difference in actual video rendering would be minimal and the 4670k beats out the 8320/50 in a lot of games. It's just objectively the better platform at the moment, in my opinion at least.

The 2000 series is a few years old.

The 4690k is the newest desktop i5.

Thank You for the i5 recommendations, I was picking amd parts because I associated the brand with lower costs.

This will be my first build, Looking to buy parts in June,

I already have one of the SSD's I listed, bought it for my laptop but it doesnt fit.

Thats when I decided to build a box, just for games.

I made the exact same assumption when I built the rig that is now my wife's. AMD is kind of in an awkward spot right now. It's hard to recommend their CPUs except in very specific circumstances. They aren't terrible for gaming, but your money is generally better spent going blue. As primarily an MMO gamer, I really saw a big difference in framerates, especially in crowded areas. On a side note, you can probably use a smaller power supply unless you want to leave room for a 2nd GPU in the future.

Welcome to the forums.
