I need fans.

I'm sorry for so many posts about fans, but..

Here's the thing.

I'm looking for fans that have decent airflow with semi quiet operation. It DOES NOT have to be dead silent. I'm fine with being able to hear my fans. I just don't like the crappy fans that I have. They sound like jets. I'd be using these for case fans, not for rads or coolers. Here are the things I'm looking for:

- Attractive. Not a black block.

- Decent airflow. Doesn't have to be FANTASTIC. Enough to get the job done.

- Quiet. Not silent. But quiet.

- Not super expensive. Somewhere sround 10-13$ per fan. Multi packs are great too!

- NO LEDS.

- Preferably black. No weird accents.

I was really liking corsairs fans. But apparently they're really loud and not worth their premium price. I have a NZXT Sentry 2 Mix, so I can control my fans. What are some good fans for my price point, and meet my goals?

By the way, what about cooler masters sickleflow fans? I don't know.

EDIT: Please no Noctuas. I know they're great. I just don't like the color or the price. If I could pay that I would.

Help me out.

Maybe the Antec Tri-speed in black? It doesn't look that great but it's a great fan and it's good value for money (although having said that it might only be the molex-powered version that's that inexpensive).

Damn.. Are sickleflow fans good or bad? They're cheap and they look nice.;P

Sickleflow have LED's but Cooler Master are an established quality brand. I've not personally tried them but maybe these:

Not sure if they're as inexpensive as the Sickleflows but you could take a look at them.
