hello,

sorry for bad english, can't help it

a year ago I bought mw2 and mw3 and I raged on multiplayer and I hacked. That was one of the biggest mistakes I made I feel really sorry

but if I buy mw2 and mw3 on another steam account can I play multiplayer again. Because I want to play these games again and I don't know if I'm totally IP banned or just my account.

I would check out Battlefield 3, or Hardline. COD is for children, not even worth buying imo

No, you should be fine. Those games VAC ban if I'm not mistaken, so you should be fine to play on another account. Don't even try to get unbanned on your old account, Valve won't lift VAC bans.
