Your favorite Skyrim mods! Need suggestions!

HELLO!

 

So I will be picking up a 980 for my computer next week and I'd like to sit down and play Skyrim again. I'd played through it 4 or 5 times on my Xbox 360 but I want to re-experience it in a whole new light on PC.

So I'm wondering what the best mods are to crank the textures and looks up are? I'm honestly a landscape freak and love those shots of these lush northern valleys in Skyrim that bring out a type of beauty. 

I'd also like to crank up the NPC and Character models. What are the best mods for that? I liked a few screenies I saw when I googled "Skyrim Mods" but I would love to hear what everyone is using and get some suggestions!
