GPU is a touch overkill. A 270/x would be a bit more viable, and then you could squeeze in an SSD maybe.

i actually put the 270/x in when i filtered and that was cheaper so why not?

G3258 will noticeably stutter with an R9 280 in AAA titles. If you want to play demanding games get an AMD 760K/860K instead if you can't afford to step up to an i3.
