Fuck no. I worked for Walmart in electronics for over two years. The most evil and underhanded Corp in the world. They will suck you dry like a fly in a Web and not give two flying fucks about you as a human being. You are a legal slave, period

*Cough Cough* I might not care

but in honesty, I would rather work at best buy, frys, or somewhere else, but staples is the only company near technology that hires 14 year olds

Oh man, how many attachments do they push you to make? I remember my employment at Staples. It wasn't fun. Also RUSCOMP was not fun to learn lol.

Never heard of RUSCOMP, might have been gone before I started. But as far as attachments, managers are cool as long as we get 10% of the computer price as attachments, but that's retail. I understand that part. Prebuilts don't make much money, the manufacturing price is pretty close to the retail price we sell for (one of the ASUS computers we sell is only $35 more than I could build it for using the identical parts OEM), so I can certainly see having to make more money on the sale from an upper management perspective.

Overall, I love working for Staples, but the largest reasons I like it are my fellow employees (I work with an amazing crew, and my direct supervisor is one of my closest friends), and the customers you get to meet. Some of them just have very amazing or interesting stories and lives, and that positivity is exactly what I need in a college-induced-stress life.
