Zalman R1 front fans

Hey guys, so ive just brought the zalman r1 case and was basically wondering where the hell i plug in the fans at the front. There is a speed switch with a power cable comming out of it that looks like a female molex? and then 2 cables for the 2 fans at the front.

Also I was looking at putting 2 SP120L fans in the front, as the intake, then moving the stock fans to the top/back as exhausts. Is this a semi normal ariflow setup?

Strange fans, plug the molex in, it will run at full speed though. Yes what you plan is normal.
