Sorry to post another topic about a buzzing GPU but my mind wont be settled until I have some advice.

First of all is this even coil whine? Or is it something else entirely? It sounds too consistent (and loud) to be coil whine. What do you think?

I bought this GPU in April 2014 off of amazon, but just today I upgraded the CPU and motherboard and it's become louder and more irritating as a result. I've heard it might be because of the PSU? Mine is a Corsair CX600M.

Here are my system specs:

Since I got it nearly a year ago on Amazon, they wont return or replace it, and Palit says I need to do it through the company I bought it from.

So what do I do? It's hugely irritating. Can I make it better? Or is there someone who will replace it? Is it even coil whine?

EDIT: I should point out for information's sake, this only occurs when the GPU is under load.

Make sure that some fans aren't hitting any cables. Hopefully it is that.

coil whine is okay. Just irritating.
