To be honest with you...you're not going to get a better answer than the answer in the post above.

price  per performance, i dont have 700 to 1500 to use intell processors

LGA 1150 would probably be the better bet any way you slice it, but if you include budget and intended use the forum can give you a full spec.

Edit: If you need to do a ton of super-efficient video editing asap for at least the foreseeable future then AMD might be the way to go.

Personally, I would go for an Intel socket but this isn't about me so I would go for the AM3+ socket due to the fact that it runs AMD top CPU models meaning it is more likely to be more reliable

But it's reached the end of its lifespan and is heading for obsolescence (is already technically obsolete). With LGA 1150 it looks like it costs more but they're just better value so you get the same bang for the buck (they only look more expensive because they're new technology and hella-hella-powerful at the top end (relatively speaking at time of writing)) and you have the option to upgrade all the way to the current i7s and maybe even beyond.

Edit: And they're super power-efficient in comparison.

Give a budget, location, and what you need included and the community will build the best thing possible for you. something like an i5-4440 and an h81 board or i5-4460 and h97 board will cost you about the same as a high end AMD if you factor in the cost of the high end cooler/high end motherboard

A cpu like the pentium G3258 is an excellent cpu in the lga1150 socket and will be able to play flash games no problem and paired with a good graphics card can play some of the most demanding games on the market. It is also very cheap and easy to overclock.
