Wireless Solutions for Travelling?

Anyways, I'll be heading to Italy for vacation around summer time and I was looking for any wireless devices out there that can stream media, be able to read SD cards/USB drives, export pictures/videos to my phone/tablet/laptop.

 

The exporting pictures part is quite important as I want to be able to take my RAW files off of my SD card, export them to my laptop and edit them in Lightroom then put them into Dropbox which I can then access on my phone.

 

Also, are there any devices out there that can give out a WiFi signal so I can access Instagram for example while walking around Rome?
