Help WD Green High Load Cycle

Why is the load / unload cycle count very high even though only 150 hours on it?

help how do i prevent this

Basically if you are wondering why it is loading thugs slowly the WD greens are I belive lower rpm so the are quieter but yet quiet

I dont mind the slow loading

 

i'm worried that the load/unload cycle has increase so much with 150 hours only

and in WD Website said that the WD only warranted < 300.000 load / unload cycle
