Use old HHD in new gaming rig

I am building a new pc and have bought every thing. I have everything new but i am having some imp data in my old hhd. I will use my new ssd for windows. So can i plug that old hhd and access all the old imp data.

Yes, you can plug it in.

I was having 4 drives partition in thr old hhd so how would my new pc will show all those 4 drives. Ps windows was also installed.

Trust me, when you plug it in it will shown all the partitions.

All four partitions should show up in your filesystem as separate drives.

No, don't format it. If you do that, you will loose all your data.
