nVidia Grid Straw poll.

if you are watching the livestream right now, most of us voted for such a subscription. but what if it wasn't nVidia who had grid, what if it was valve, or playstation now PC edition, or logitech who released grid? did we just vote yes because we love nVidia or did we vote yes because we will really pay for a netflix video game edition with 150 ping? 

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

you should watch it sometimes, its quite good.

Im not a brand fanboy, but i got the shield tablet and i will get the shield console too  so why not grab a subscription too just to try it out ?

yea if i had an echo system i would also try it, but lets say nvidia only had the shield stuff, and valve Netflix released grid and was supported on all products. would you still try it?

yeah, 1080p60fps = 1080p60fps no matter what company supplies it. Its intresting tech

I like the idea behind it all, the only issue I have is the latency.

I didn't vote, but Linus focused way too much on just saying "couch experience games" failing to mention than even slower paced games like that would still fucking suck with those pings. Why? I don't know probably honest mistake on his part (it is a live show after all) but he basically skewed the results by not properly explaining the downside.
