afordable case fans?

what are some good case fans that don't break the bank (and maybe that are blue LEDs that you can turn on and off)?

Bitfenix Spectre's. Only spin at 1000 rpm so they are dead silent, cheap, have LED's and are great fans all round.

 

Avoid Spectre pro's like the plague though

i have a spectre PMW and it spins at 1200RPM and can be noisy

Yeah that's why I reckon the 1000rpm models are better. Pwm control is awesome and all, but I prefer to just have a good set of fans run 12v and do their own thing. Pros are also much noisier than regular spectres. Mine at 1200 make a really noticeable him which is super annoying
