Incredible price but I don't buy online because I don't have a debit card or anything like that

Who cares, there currently aren't any modular PSUs for that price that are 500-600W. Those two are on sale so they're within your budget. Even the CX500M is more expensive then those two right now.

This Antec seems to be getting good reviews online and is available from Fry's for $59.99, non modular but you'll need to spend more to get modular or semi modular and not have the PSU be complete junk.
