I keep getting this with Win 10...........

That can either be a bad driver, a Registry Error or damaged Ram. That signature is really hard to read.

Run CCleaner to check the Registry, if that doesn't help,

Re install GPU drivers, is there a newer or a previous version?

If that doesn't help, Download this. use it and then re install the drivers. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

and if that doesn't help, get a cat to check the ram.

This is a graphics card driver issue. It is to be expected when using a beta OS, with beta drivers, or unofficial drivers (wrong version of Windows) :)

Make sure you graphics card drivers are fully updated. I see on the web that some people have this issue with Intel integrated graphics, if you do have one, and you have a dedicated GPU, maybe it might be good to uninstall the drivers, and in the BIOS/UEFI, if you can, disable the Intel integrated graphics.
