Ray if you are streaming hi qualaty stream wight bf 4 i woad get 1. build buit if you want bit   beter gaming experince or if you dont mind trunging down details when streaming i woad get 2. build

if those are your games that you stream i waod get 2. build since those games need dual core cpu so intel in this case but if  you where to stream bf4 dying light metro last light or any quad core game fx woad be beter at lower buged liike in your case buf intel i7 are best at streaming and gaming while i5 is reaply good in gaming but quad core games max it out so streaming will be not as good but intel has quick sinc wich helps  but not something extreme.go fore 2. i5 build it shoad  make your pc and stream wonderfull
