This is not specific at all... Budget? Also, an r9 270 is quite a bit better than a 750 ti.

I'd strongly suggest getting a 500W PSU that's at least 80+ certified. It will give you more room in the future to upgrade without having to worry about a new PSU then. And the Radeon R9 270 is about the same price in most of the world as the GTX 750 Ti, but it's significantly faster. It's worth considering if it's an option to you.

dont get the 4440 get like the g3258 for all i care... get something unlocked then save up for the 4690k. or if you can just save for a little longer and get the 4690k dont get a locked cpu its not a good idea

400W PSU, 8GB RAM 1TB HDD and intel MBO doesn't tell us anything, you need to be more specific.

i am buying a new pc after 6 years . i am not a geek .i managed these items to fit my budget . ( used flipkart )

400W is not good enough in a first place, get 500W PSU from a good brand, NEVER cheap out on PSU!!!  And I would recommend you getting better cooler anyway, they are pretty cheap.

Edit: Well if you are going with 750ti corsair CX430 will be enough but with AMD card I don't think so.

all because you buy a unlocked doesnt mean that you ARE going to overclock to the max the second you get it.... I would personally get the g3258 (70 bucks) and a nice cooler.... use that for a while (you can overclock that sucker to almost 5 ghz) and be setttled with that untill you have the dough to get the 4690k.....

at some point you will need to but its not like your overclocking to 5ghz immediatly or anything... the stock would be fine for now.... psu isnt an issue the cpu doesnt use up barely any wattage more that it would normally... but i recommend what I said above

Use a site like pcpartpicker.com and it would be easy on me and on the forum. I can give best recommendation if you do that.

Why do you say that fat boy!

because it isnt..... 960 is about $200 while for $15 more you could get a 280X and kill the 960 or get like a 280-285... in my opinion the 960 doesnt fit right, i feel like AMD has better products to offer at that price point...
