CS:GO Competitive cooldown bug

Sup. So i was playing MM and my provider rekted me by turning off my connection.

Few hours later i went in CS and look what i've got there. There is not written time of cooldown.

It was about 9 days ago. What am i gonna do to fix this? :C

You can actually email him directly for support, he sorted something out for somebody beofre and said you can contact anyone at valve for game support

 

maybe tweet somebody at valve or hidden path entertainment for help

cooldown over 7 is very unlikely. unless you are extremley toxic/troll/dick or  got overwatched if you have been a bad boy,.

the abuse you get for smurfing if you are actually good at the game....

Have you opened the game since that day? Because if not it looks as if Steam is offline in that pic could be the problem if not a simple reinstall could always help.
