Bandicam major issue?

I downloaded the free trial of Bandicam v2.1.3.757 from the official website and I am having problems. If I do a fresh re install of it I think it lets me record either full screen or with a rectangle on screen just fine. As soon as I try to record at DirectX/Open GL game a.k.a Minecraft it says its recording but stops making a video after 4KB!!! after that it doesn't let you even record the standalone desktop as it gets stuck at 4KB aswell -.- Any suggestions or ideas? This is the first problem I have really even had with Bandicam. I have 300gb of storage left so that isn't an issue.  I have settings at 1080p  60fps with quality at 100 in the Sony Vegas format if that helps at all. Thanks

Normally I'd try to help fix the issue...but I agree with bravo, just use OBS/X-Split/Shadowplay

I tried out xsplit and I love it Personally though I don't think Bandicam is all that bad especially since of v2

I'll happily change programs, but how do I contact Bandicam/Bandisoft? They charged me twice for one copy.
