Depends on what you're gonna use it for really.

gaming w/ OC -> 7950.

light gaming with more graphics design -> 760.

Remember OC is not consistent, at stock speeds the 760 is better in certain key applications/games compared to the 7950. But through OCing the 7950 has the potential to OC higher than the 760 (seems to be a high probability of that being the case). I don't think it is too bold to say that Nvidia products have more support in software applications outside of OpenCL stuff (compared to an AMD card). Something to also consider about the two cards.

My Build

Corsair Obsidian 350d // I7-4770k  // Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H  // MSI Gaming N760 TF 2GD5 GeForce GTX 760 // Corsair Vengance (2x8GB) 16GB // Cooler Master Seidon 240m (push-pull) // Corsair SP120 (x2) //1TB WD Blue // 120GB Samsung 840 SSD // Corsair CX600M // Win 8 - Ubuntu - OSX (on the way)

I would go with the 7950 but not with Gigabyte because they lock the voltage on the card. The 7950 is also a great overclocker and its very easy to do in MSI Afterburner which gives you more performance than a 760.
