Steam account problems

My Steam account is dead, Steam is totally dead, they do not reply even to my ticket.

I badly need some help/support/ways of reaching and getting my stuff back.

I wish I could sue them.

They stole five years of buying games.

Totally indecent.

This is a bit of a general description, i dont know how to help you but give the most in depth description about what you were doing, when it happened ect. That will greatly assist the people who know how to fix your problem, also i would call/email valve.

Edit: reinstalling steam and restarting your modem might be in order

It takes up to two weeks for Valve to reply support tickets. Thats how bad their customer service is.
