I dont know where you live but at HEB (texas walmart) they have a cheese that is mixed with garlic and herbs. its....a meal in its own

Im from Mississippi, we have some pretty hearty cheese meals also!  That sounds pretty tastey!

Blue vein cheese is probably the most disgusting cheese I've ever had, I'd rather eat my own vomit. It may be an acquired taste like wine and fine cognac, but still... blehh

Gotta love cheddar as it's so versatile, you can use it with just about anything. I'd make a second vote for mozzarella because you know, chewy.
