Do i need to do quick format it. someone said that when i will be installing windows on it it will format it it self and change letter from M which i have now to C
Yes that's whats going to happen. The windows installation usually wipes the drive, or at least marks it as empty and writes over it.
It will be a virtually clean drive afterwards.
