What is the build for? There's a lot of things in the build that can be cut down to save a lot of money and keep performance the same. I'll create one now, give me a minute.

The build is for gaming and for future updates thats why the cosmo 2:D and money is not the problem i already cut down from bulding it my self over 1000 dollar

The power supply should be well over enough. I would use a calculator though. I do believe that the Corsair Cooler comes with thermal compound either pre applied or in a tube. I don't know if MSI has custom SLI Bridges but they have regular SLI bridges which should work fine.

well for the SLI bridge, you will  get a two way SLI bridge with  your motherboard, as for the PSU im sure you could fine a suitable cable from a local electrical shop, or on amazon

Cut down the price a little and changed a few other things.

The Cosmos II is not a great case. It's big physically, but you can't fit all that much stuff in it.

well to start theirs no point in buying thermal compound unless you plan on taking the cooler off and on a bunch the stock thermal past has been proven to be better then most after market past

also the samsung 850 pro is silly you can get a 500GB SSD for that price also 1300W is overkill you only need about 650Watts to run this setup but I would get a 750 to be safe and if you plan to upgrade maybe an 850 Watt but 1300W is way overkill and why would you get 2 different monitors

In that case, swap it out for the 1000W G2 or P2. There's very few set ups that require 1300W, especially with all the power efficiency improvements recently.

You'd need to swap out the CPU, motherboard and RAM for that as well. Even then, go for the 1000w G2 or P2. 1300W isn't needed for pretty much anything. Also, 4way SLI is a massive waste of money. The increase in performance is minuscule and some games just don't really support it.

is the CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 106.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler   better ?

Yes. The H100i is a fairly thin 240mm radiator, the X61 is a thicker 280mm radiator.

EDIT: What about a custom loop? For a build this high end, it's a nice thing to have.

You problibly just wan attention and put up this imaginary build plan that you will never go through with just for the attention.
