What program would you suggest for recording on screen, and system audio at the same time?

A few people and I are starting a podcast tomorrow and need software for recording

I was thinking Fraps and Audacity but Audacity doesn't record System Audio as far as I know

You have to enable Stereo Mix in Windows audio settings, then you use that as input for Audacity and record.

The stars died for you to be here today.

A locked bathroom in the right place can make all the difference in the world.
