I would go for the Cooler Master V650 if you don't want to deal with rebates. It also offer better internal components, DC quality output, and better native connectivity.

Both the Cooler Master V650 and the Enermax Revolution X't 630w is better than the entry level EVGA 600B in respect to electrical performance (DC-DC vs group-regulation), efficiency (Gold vs Bronze), functionality (semi-modularity), and warranty (5 year vs 3 years). The V650 also provide the native connectivity for SLI / CFX (four PEG connectors vs two), while the X't has three PEG connectors.

Thanks. So is the V650 worth the extra $20?

Well, rebates isn't always a guarantee and without it, it's pretty much a bad deal for being over $90. Since you can get it $15 cheaper initially, the V650 is more worth it in my eyes, as I don't have to deal with the rebates and it offer better build quality and performance.

I find the EVGA Supernova 750w B2 more attractive than the Enermax Revolution X't. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

Even though it is a Bronze rated unit, it can do silver efficiency. It's also offer better internal components and better DC quality output. Since it is already a great deal for $79.99, I don't mind buying this over the V650 and take the chance with the rebate (if you do get it, you just got the best value PSU in the $60 price point).
