They aren't really comparable to browns, or any cherry mx switch. They feel more like membrane keyboards with a bit more bouce-back because of the addition of springs.

Its been so long since Ive used a membrane keyboard so i have no idea if that is a good thing lol

There's nothing in the Cherry MX lineup that is similar to a Topre Switch.

 

 

The switch has nearly the same actuation force throughout its entire keypress.

 

The the mid-way 'bump' you feel from most Cherry switches is found right on the 'top' (or the start) on Topre switches.

 

The actuation point is basically as soon as the switch moves.  (the 'top')

 

You can't feel the actuation point, and the switch feels linear, but actually is considered tactile.
