corsair 760t fan controller

It maybe a small problem but I like my stuff to work as intended. The fan controller is the stock one on the 760t. I only have the front two fans attached. Also I thinks it is temp sensitive becauses they eventually turn on. I just thought that like my last case the 500r the fans run at two speeds only and were not variable like this one.

I just got a 760t and sometimes when i start up my pc. the front fans are not spinning I have to hit the fan controller button for them to start up. Has anyone else come across this problem can it be fixed or do I need to rma I really don't want to swap out my rig two more times.
