Pc Wont Turn Off.

So I built my PC a few months back and sometimes when I go into metro UI (Windows 8.1) to try and shut it off the screen will go blank, then it goes back the the login screen and i't wont turn off please help.

Is the psu new? If problem persist. Try unplug the mobo battery then plug to back to hard reset bios.

Ill make sure I have fast start enabled, and I just wont even turn my computer off anymore because I have been unplugging it but I won't do that anymore.

My bad, it should be disabled ... uncheck the box if it checked
