Hey fellow techies I have an issue for you guys to solve today... my specs consist of GTX 980 Reference Card 8GB DDR4 2133mhz 750 Watt Power Supply

5820k liquid cooled 2tb western digital harddrive. so guys my temps are fine but I only get 40-45 fps in BF4 any map and lowest settings other games with simmilar graphics run fine but BattleField just hits the crap... so I need some fixes Ask me for me info if needed thanks :D -Spuffy

Check to see resolution scale in video settings is set to 100%

 

If it's set to 200% that means you are rendering in 4k which would make sense given that frame rate.

Welcome to the forums! 

 

Did you use nVidia's SLR tech? It upscales your screen to 2K or 4K. Check the screen res in the game's options menu.

MFAA is off and resolution scale is 100%

Check to see if the resolution you are running is the monitors native.

No matter the resolution 40-45 fps all settings v-sync off
