What would YOU do differently in this build?

I like it very much and will add another Asus 980 later on, but I want to know what you would do differently. Under $2k USD for the PC build please.

Excluding monitors or other peripherals list what you would change and have the final result be under $2000 USD

Even with a very large budget, I wouldn't go all out. I would much prefer something powerful yet small. With the NCase M1, that means you can do something extremely awesome, like this:

You could swap that 970 out for a 980 for that little bit more performance, and .5 extra of faster vram.

If you're set on an Asus 980 now and another later on I'd go with this, if you don't need the OS you can drop it and upgrade to a 1TB SSD.

Yeah, but I wouldn't bother. The performance increase isn't worth the extra money and the usable VRAM increase doesn't matter with the monitor I use. I have a 1080p 144hz panel.

What may actually be better is a single 120mm AIO CPU cooler and  a R9 295x2 with a much beefier PSU, but I don't think that'd fit well in the NCase M1 due to the PSU. I'd probably have to swap to something like an air cooled GeminII and an Elite 130 case and an ATX PSU.
