Looks good to me. The only thing that I'd change would be to get a Gigabyte mobo over the ASUS. While I like ASUS, they havent updated any of their AM3+ mobos recently, while Gigabyte has.

What are you using it for?

 

Not bad for an AMD budget build.  Probably will get some intel suggestions if you're gaming.
