MSAA is wasteful, at high resolutions i dont even notice it and a short while ago i played at 1024x768 and i didnt even notice AA helping at all.

I like MSAA, it looks the smoothest imo. FXAA doesn't really look that different than having no AA...

I think that TXAA is bunch of MSAA and FXAA mixed together

Mixed together to create a new AA type, how come it isn't in the list :P

Which is better? Depends on the game really. Some types look better at still than when your moving. Some blur way to much such as SSAA. Really depends on the game you are playing, what effects you want, and really what they offer. As a 1080p on a 17" screen I don't use AA on new triple A games because they have a high enough texture quality that it doesn't make a big difference. But for older games with lower textures and indie games I go into the Nvidia Control Panel and turn FXAA on.

To be honest I don't know what is going on, is it a discussion about the various AA's or some crappy smack down contest where the different AA's fight each other, I'm confused lol

FXAA for those people who have low end systems. It has the smallest effect on performance. I use SMAA myself, looks great and the load does not increase by much.
