A cheap PC build for gaming for around 400 USD ?

So can someone help me pick the parts ?  :) I'm aiming for a PC that can run games like Battlefield 3,4 in low/medium settings at 720p/1080p  with 45-60 fps, GTA 5 in low/medium(when it comes out) , Assassin's Creed Unity(720p/1080p, Low/Medium) and so on...

If you want to do some research, you can buy used. If you don't feel like it, you can buy new (fewer incompatibilities)
