Hey guys,

I've recently asked you guys what keyboards you guys would reccomend for gaming and typing for me. I decided that I want a mechanical gaming keyboard with mx brown switches. Almost all of you told me to get a ducky shine 2 or a ducky zero, but now I also came across the Logitech G710+. What keyboard is better for everyday use? :)

Thank you for all of your help!

Both are great but it comes down to what switches you like.  If you like browns then the G710+ is a good option as well as all the Duckys because they also come in browns, what the Duckys dont have is the macro keys that the G710+ has.  If you want those then you should get the Logitech.

Honestly though, this isn't something we can help you with, you have to experience the switches yourself and find out which ones you like and which ones you don't. All we can tell you about is build quality and features.

If you need the macro keys then get the G710+, otherwise get the Ducky. The Corsair K70 will also soon be available in Browns if you don't need macro keys and think the K70 looks better (I personally do).

Any Mechanical keyboard works for everything on a computer. Look for stuff you might think is useful like multimedia and macro keys, the size you prefer, and your favorite switch type. And there you have it the perfect keyboard for you. If you if you like/need/want/etc something best this is to try it in person bug friends, friends of friends, etc (or maybe try a local shop). If you cant do that read and watch a bunch of reviews (not unboxings, you know the in depth ones) if you have questions on terms as here, there, anywhere, and there is always the web. Also most people with not pick THEIR keyboard the first try no matter what they say. This isnt a bad thing as Mechanical Keyboards re sell fairly well. The one thing you should remember the better the brand is the higher percent of your initial investment youll get back for the most part. This is of course not true if you buy used which in many cases you can sell for basically what you bought if for (market permitting) minus the customs, taxes, fees, and shipping.

I'm not sure, I don't think they have released a date yet. I'm guessing maybe within a month?
