So I was thinking about getting a new mouse. Mainly in my mind are deathadder chroma and steelseries rival. Do you know if that deathadder has acceleration? Since I play cs:go, acceleration is just going to ruin my game. Also suggest other good mice WITHOUT ACCELERATION. Thank you! :)

Acceleration is due to Windows/Game not the mouse.

Logitech G402/G502 hands down.

You sure? I've heard that some censors have acceleration. I was thinking about logictech mice but they are a bit expensive for my budget. G502 looks like it is really ergonomic and has enough buttons. I might just buy that g402 or then rival or deathadder. Cannot decide. Any other suggestions?

Deathadder on a sale if you like looks in a mouse.

Logitech G402 if you like pure performance (it looks pretty good too)

I have it and it's an amazing mouse.

Both the Rival and the DeathAdder are good mice with proper "flawless" sensors without any acceleration. Some other good options are Mionix Naos 7000 (or Avior 7000 if you prefer more ambidextrous shape), Logitech G100s/G302/G402/G502, Zowie AM/FK/EC, Corsair M45/Sabre Optical and Roccat Kone (XTD/Pure/Military) Optical.

Logitech G402/G502 hands down.

Some sensors, mostly laser based ones, have a flaw that causes a small amount of "acceleration". It's not really acceleration in the same sense as software based acceleration, but kind of variance in the cursor movement based on speed. This can cause inconsistency and you can never be truly sure where your cursor will end at.

Wow, thanks for this information. I am probably buying deathadder.
