help with freezing issue and printer issue

my rig freezes if it is left alone for a certain period of time both screens freeze and my brother wireless printer wont show up in the printer options in the print screen menu i stumped it probably something really stupid simple but i cant figure it out

1. go to performance power mode

2. did you install drivers?

i tired and it is installed but ill try uninstalling the driver 

 

1 i had it in a custom power mode ( face palms self)
