I am choosing parts for my PC and currently thinking about the case.I am looking for a nice case in which I could put atx mb and dual 140 radiator.Any suggestions?(max 110€)

What kind of aesthetic do you like? Do you like really clean and simple like an Corsair Obsidian case or something a lot more aggressive like an NZXT Phantom 530?

r5 not available(lol) and r4 costs 12000 rsd (about 100 €) and I have found h440(razer) for 140euros.which one?

They're both very good cases and are both very highly used and recommended. I guess watch reviews on them to get a good verdict for yourself based off of your needs.
