Hi guys, I would like to know if this is possible:

With a dualshock 4, chromecast and games, can I play on my csofa like how it will be with a console? Around 4 meters from my PC to my sofa and about 6-7 meters from my PC to my TV.

Is assassin's creed series(pc version) and skyrim(pc versions) suitable for playing with a controller or will there be some issues?

the input lag will be nuts, even with a good PC, Chromecast isn't made to game. better crab a cheap HDMI Cable

I'd honestly spend the extra money and get a NZXT DOKO:

basically the same as a chrome cast just less lag?

It's a lot better than a chromecast, that's coming from the owner of a chromecast that is picking up a Doko sometime in March

alot better in terms of what? :o latency?

Just about everything, it lets you use your PC in its entirety from your front room, with low latency

do you have a laptop handy? even if its a netbook, as then you could use Steam share. plug the laptop into the tv and stream the games from the pc to the laptop. i do it in bed with my macbook. it allows me to play the games my mac can't handle as well as being able to stay in bed when i have man flu like now!!

Just get long HDMI cable and connect it like that, less lag.

okay. might try that.

How about the games I stated above. Will they run properly with the dual shock 4?

Probably, you just need to use DS4 Tool to emulate the Dualshock 4 as an Xbox 360 Controller.
