I bought an item on the Steam market place and I didn't receive it. It is in my market history of purchases and i had received an email saying the transaction had been confirmed. I then went to contact steam support and they replied sayin "Steam Support is unable to remove or modify restrictions on your account that prevent you from trading or using the Community Marketplace." What do i do ? :(

From that it looks like you have done something to be disallowed from trading.
