Microphone has odd repeating beeps?

Hello all, Once again I come back to these forums with an odd problem that I just can't seem to figure out why it's happening.

Regardless of the microphone I use, I always have a beeping in the background that I can't seem to prevent or fix. I've noticed turning up./turning down microphone levels/boost helps reduce the effect, However the beeping is just always present.

I've tried running both a MocMic 4.0 and SteelSeries Siberia v2 through the front 3.5mm jacks, The issue was present.

Running these same microphones through a Sound Blaster Omni (USB), Also resulted the same.

And lastly, Even using a Blue Yeti, It's also present. I'll include an upload sound clip of the sound to help better clarify what I'm actually hearing. It doesn't matter if the Yeti or Sound Blaster Omni is plugged in through the front USBs, Or the rear USBs, It seems any microphone will do this on this system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using Realtek drivers?

I was before, But I've uninstalled them and used CCleaner which should have picked up the left behind registries. I also wouldn't think that those drivers would effect the Sound Blaster Omni or Blue Yeti however.

Do you have the correct format selected?

I'm unsure what you mean by this, I've only got two option in the recording devices tab for my Yeti, Which is CD quality 44100 and DVD 48000, Neither option changes it at all. If we're talking the Realtek audio manager, It can't see the Yeti or Sound Blaster Omni.

Do you have any electronic devices with strong antennas sitting directly beside or on top of the mic cable at any point? (And broadcasting) Sometime these sorts of things will cause interference in analog cable because the cable will function as an antenna. (You can hear this effect this buy putting a GSM phone on top of you headphone cable and sending/receiving a text message.) Here is the noise made by a GSM broadcasting phone interfering with a mic,

If you did not try it before, you should try reinstalling the latest version of the realtek drivers. They should not be the source of the problem in any event, but they provide you with more options to go about fixing it.

Try setting all of the microphone sample rate (the CD, or DVD 'quality') setting to the same thing. (It is measuring the sample rate of the mics in KHz: the measurement for frequency, in this case samples per second.)

Have you tried using those same mics on a different system in the same setting? Or tried moving your systems location. The fact that you say that it happens with any mic USB or analog has me thinking it is either something interfering with the mics themselves, or a setting on the audio drivers on your computer.

Unplug everything that's not necessary (keyboard, webcam, controllers)

Make sure you're using a good grounded powerstrip.

Disable your WIFI adapter

On the Yeti, make sure the gain knob is at 50% or more.

In windows make sure the recording level is at 50% or less.

Is it gone now?

If it is, then you start changing things back, one at a time until you find the culprit.
