Need tool to backup android to PC

I'm currently running cyanogenmod 11 on my S4 and I want to install the latest nightly of CM12. I need to backup my current files though, and most Apps I've tried will only backup to an external SD card with the free version. My micro SD card is only 2GB, so I need something to backup to PC, since the backup wouldn't fit on 2GB. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So far nothing. I just ended up manually backing up my music and photos to PC, google's cloud backup did the rest.
