Pc Audio issues

My pc specs are in my sig and on my profile for reference.

 

this is whats happening. I will open a game Bioshock Infinite or blacklight retribution and my audio will start skipping and stuttering for everything thats on my pc and will not fix itself untill i restart my pc.

 

it doesnt happen in any other games. i dont see any frame rate drops. 

 

Im just at a loss and have no idea what to do
