I'd call them ASAP, as I think you got an "Open Box" variant but you paid for a new one.

Just recived my Asus sabertooth z97 mark 1 and I cannot find the sli bridge. Does anyone know if the mobo came with one? I was pretty sure that it did. Also came with no IO shield documentation or driver disk. What do I need to do? I purchased this from newegg.

Did you purchase it as an "Open Box" product?

The ASUS mobo boxes never have plastic wrap. My Rampage V Extreme (X99) had none and was new.
