What will give me better temps a 240 Rad with 45 mm thickness (Noctua NF-F12) or a 280 mm with 30 mm thickness (Noctua NF-A14)

A bigger rad will give you more performance than a thicker rad. So 30mm 280, the Alphacool 280mm ST30 is a good one. :)

 

Theoretically the 240 gives you more total rad surface area but it won't matter much.

I think they would be very very close, I would get whichever is cheaper.
