Good budget case.

So im looking for the best €50-€70 case for best cooling/cable mangemant/Noise and i'd prefer if it has a side window but is not necessary.
Any suggestions? i live in the netherlands if that matters most of the time the price is about the same as in the US but then in € ( If a case is 50$ in us its most of the time 50€ here).

Ive looked at the Nzxt s340 but its too glossy and you will see all finger prints / cat hairs ( have 3 cats)
