CSGO Windowed maximized

Anyone notice stuttering when playing in windowed max? 

I realise that the stuttering is gone when i change it to fullscreen but CSGO doesnt alt tab well in fullscreen mode

Any solution for solving the stuttering in windowed max?

Buuuut... there are some games that this would apply to in my case. Maybe this is the only real solution in your case.
