It's more than you need, you could power a 980 SLI off that PSU without any problems.

 

But I'd keep it, it's such a great value and it leaves you open for upgrades.

You can look on the left side of your parts list to see if your psu is overkill. Technically, for that build it is and you could get the 430w EVGA one with no problems but I'd suggest at least 500w for upgrading and if you think you're going to be doing a lot of upgrading, you should keep the 750w.
