does such a thing exist, where i can plug in a sata to usb, and i meant the internal headers not the ones you plug into the ports and it turns into a normal usb port, i mean sata to the actual big usb 3.0 internal header, i need something like this because the usb 2.0 and 3 headers are so close to each other that they arent sitting on their connectors properly and the entire housing for the usb 3 looks like it is coming out.

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

It could probably be done with some adapters from sata to USB 3.0 then USB 3.0 to internal connector but why would you want to do this, why not directly connect to sata or if it's an external drive just plug it into a rear USB port.

the problem is that there are only 1 usb 2 and 1 usb 3 headers, and they arent working properly because both connectors are rubbing off each other and loosening the cables.

Can you take a photo of it I'm a bit confused as to how they are pushing the other connector off, I assume this isn't the standard ATX motherboard?

its itx, and this is the mobo, if you see the headers are quite close to each other and the fatness of the 3.0 cable is pushing against the usb 2.0, i cant take my own picture because my cooler master elite 110 case is just a jungle of wires.

Why not get something like this it will help move the bulky USB3.0 cable over while give you enough room to use everything else:
